sock monkey workshop at etsy labs

On Saturday, October 25, fresh art co-hosted a sock monkey-making workshop at etsy labs in Brooklyn, in conjunction with etsy's {NewNew} York Street Team. There were 16 workshop participants and 5 volunteers from fresh art in attendance. We made lots of really cool sock monkeys, which will be sold to support fresh art's programs.

Thanks to Kimm from the {NewNew} York Street Team (that's her with her red super-monkey!) and to julieincharge at etsy, who took some fantastic photos! Check them out on flickr.
